Conditional Policy
This is the tab for creating and managing conditional policies that allow or block access to the admin page.
Basic Screen Configuration
The conditional policy list screen is composed as follows.

Policy Inquiry / Search
You can search based on various criteria, including not only the policy name but also members, target services, conditions, and enforcement policies.
Individual Filter Search
Each filter button at the top (정책 이름, 구성원, 대상 서비스, 조건, 접근 정책You can quickly search by item by clicking on __PH_0__.

Full Filter Search
전체 필터You can click the button to combine and set all search conditions on one screen.
- After selecting the left category (policy name, members, target service, conditions, access policy), enter or select the detailed conditions on the right.
- The set conditions are displayed in the form of tags, and the tags'
×You can remove individual conditions with the button. 초기화You can reset all filters at once with a button, or적용The conditions set by the button are reflected in the search.
Search Condition Combination Rules
- **Between filters (AND condition)**If you set multiple different filters, only the policies that satisfy all conditions simultaneously will be displayed.
- **Within Filter (OR Condition)**If you select multiple items within the same filter, any matching policies will be displayed.

Policy Registration

Member Settings
- Administrator Direct Selection: Search for and select a specific administrator
Setting Conditions
Location Conditions
- All Locations(default): Apply policy at all locations without specific location conditions
- Exception Selection: You can specify the locations to exclude as 'Exception Selection' to exclude only specific locations.
- Select Registered Location: Select from the locations registered in the [Condition Items] menu in the management center.
- Exception Selection: Use 'Exception Selection' to exclude specific locations from the selected locations.
Time Conditions
- all time(default): Always apply the policy without any specific time limit
- Exception selection: To exclude only specific time zones, you can specify the time to be excluded as 'exception selection'.
- Registered Time Selection: Select from the registered times in the [Condition Items] menu of the management center
- Exception Selection: Use 'Exception Selection' to exclude specific time zones from the selected time.
Device Requirements
- No Limit, PC, Tablet, MobileSelect among (multiple selections possible)
Access Policy Settings
Access Permission
- Access Denied: Completely block access to the admin page under the specified conditions.
- Access Permission: Allows access and enables the configuration of additional authentication methods.
Additional authentication methods(Only configurable when access is granted)

| Email Verification | An authentication code input window appears and the authentication process begins (time limit: 5 minutes) |
| OTP Authentication | Guidance on QR code and recovery key during initial registration, followed by authentication through entering the authentication code. |
⚠️ If authentication fails, a notification popup saying "Authentication has failed." will be displayed, and you will not be able to access the page.
Policy Details / Edit
- Clicking on the policy will display a detailed slide panel on the right.
- You can check the basic information of the policy (name, members, target services), conditions (location, time, device), enforcement policies (access policies, additional authentication methods), and the date of modification.

Change Priority
After selecting a policy, you can change the priority using the following methods.
- Priority Move Dropdown: Select the desired number to move directly to a specific location
- Click on the priority change icon >△▽ button: Move up or down one space or enter the position directly
- Click on the priority change icon >Move to top / Move to bottom: Move instantly to the top or bottom
💡 If a single administrator is included in multiple policies, the policy with the highest priority (the smallest number) will be applied.
⚠️ Priority changes are not possible when search filters are applied. Please clear all filters before proceeding.
Download Policy Status
You can download the list of conditional policies as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
- Download All: Save all registered policy information as an Excel file
- Download Search Results: Save only the results with the current search filter applied as an Excel file
Delete Policy
- After selecting the policy you want to delete, at the top of the table
